Bush in 30 Seconds
An effort to prevent Dubya's 2004 re-election
In 2004, MoveOn.org put on a contest. The challenge: create a video clip criticizing George W. Bush and his policies in just 30 seconds of airtime. The winning ad was to be aired on CBS during the Super Bowl half-time. However, CBS refused to air the ad, and so it was aired on CNN instead.
